Biblical Doctrine

All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works. (2 Timothy 3:16-17)

To many people doctrine is a dirty word. They say we don’t want the doctrine we want the life, but doctrine simply means teaching and if you don’t want teaching then clearly you don’t want the word of God. For what is the word of God but His teaching of us.

We want to present to you many of the doctrines we hold so dear in this day. We never want to present them as simply a head knowledge. For Satan has a head knowledge of exactly what the word of God teaches. He knows the doctrine, but it has done nothing for him. It just condemns him.

For us we want to take this doctrine, this word and hide it in our hearts and let it transform us by the renewing of our mind. (Romans 12:2) When we take this word into our hearts, meditate on it and let it transform us then it is accomplishing what it was sent for. There is never a word sent to us that is to return to God void, but it will accomplish what it has been sent for. (Isaiah 55:11)

We’ve been sent a perfect word in this day that is to perfect us and prepare us for the rapture. (Ephesians 4:11-13) It will absolutely accomplish that purpose.
